LAW ENFORCEMENT MEMORIAL 2012 CEREMONY

Tuesday, May 15th, 10:00 AM

Performing Arts Pavilion, St. Cloud Lakefront

St. Cloud Police Department and the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office

will pay tribute to fallen heroes of Osceola County, specifically:

Officer Thomas Bartholomew,

Sergeant Douglas Parsons,

Deputy Troy Bain,

Detective Michael Ford, and

Lieutenant James Haddock.

Guest speakers will include SCPD Chief Gauntlett, KPD Chief Iwanski,

Sheriff Bob Hansell, and State Attorney Lawson Lamar.

Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Alzheimer and Dementia Family Caregiver Support Group:

Family caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease or related memory disorders

experience a wide range of emotions, including depression. Learn how

depression may be affecting you and new ways to deal with it healthfully.

The class is free and open to anyone who wishes to attend.

The monthly Alzheimer and Dementia Family Caregiver Support Group

will meet from 12 noon to 1:30 PM (06/08), immediately following the one-hour class.

Presented by the St. Cloud Greater Osceola Chamber of Commerce.

The program provides a pro-business approach to solving today’s

problems with an eye to the future.  Instructors will include local

government officials, business leaders, and professional educators.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old & commit to the entire 6-wk course.

Program cost is $25 for Chamber-members and $50 for non-members.
