Scholarship for Eligible Osceola County Residents Completed applications must be postmarked by March 16th. A scholarship program to provide financial assistance to further the educational objectives of eligible applicants from Osceola County has been established by the September 11th Marine Corps League Detachment 1092. The $500.00 scholarship will be awarded to a qualified applicant who is pursuing a college degree or vocational/technical training certification at an accredited institution.
